Вообще есть программа. Открываешь в ней файл.pdf нажимаешь на конвертировать в .jpeg и ставишь разрешение. Я всегда ставлю как на печать - 300 dpi. нажимаешь кнопку "Convert" и через минуту находишь в папке "Документы" папку со всеми нужными и ненужными вам изображениями. Всё!
