Small board: PNP transistor that controls +30 volts (on off)

Need to develop a small fee

I have a LiFePO4 battery 24 nominal volts (from 29.2 volts to 25 volts)

This battery powers the board, and together with the board, there are voltage converters, capacitors, etc.

Constant consumption up to 2 amperes approximately at a current of 25-28 volts

On the board, there is a digital input from the microcontroller (will be attiny13a) which turns on or off the transistor. The transistor turns off or turns on this board, at the stage of +24 nominal volts, not at the ground disconnect stage.

I refused to use NPN transistors with ground, because then the converters start to output the full battery voltage (28 volts) where it should be converted to 5 volts, 9 volts, etc.

Two separate independent channels must be controlled (that is, I have two boards)

The problem of smoothly supplying current must be solved so that the capacitors on the board are smoothly charged and not with a super impulse.

You will need to order all the components, solder them, show on video that everything works, give me lists of components where to buy what,
designed board (as a bonus will be in EasyEDA, but if something I will redraw in EasyEDA myself if you do not work with this editor)
