Контракт заключается между мной (владельцем сети каналов) и управляющим телеканалом о найме его на работу сроком на 5 лет.
В контракте должно быть указанно обязательно такие условия, как:
Конфиденциальность неразглашения информации на весь период действия контракта и 5 лет после его расторжения.
Управляющий не имеет права делится конфиденциальной информацией с третьими лицами на срок подписания контракта и 5 лет после этого.
В контракте должно быть указано оклад управляющего - посадовый + % от выручки сети каналов.
Контракт действует на основании паспортных данных и инн кода обоих лиц.
