Если речь едет о защите интересов Заказчика, то какова юрисдикция спора Вами планируется? Так как два языка, один из которых Английский, наводит на мысль о том,что кто то нерезидент. В этом случае ЗАРАНЕЕ нужно понимать, что одной из сторон договора может не подойти (например) Украинская юрисдикция спора. А это в свою очередь В КОРНЕ повлияет на текст и условия договора, так как правоприменительная практика в разных странах разная! Об Английском праве думаю напоминать не стоит. В связи с этим (если не хотите получить красивую "болванку" договора), рекомендую Вам уточнить эти и др. существенные условия по этой работе. После этого, можно будет указать реальную стоимость услуги. Все остальное неизбежно может стать профанацией и защитой интересов только на словах и бумаге!

Да, если Канада то отправитесь туда!.) Этот вопрос ( в Ваших же интересах), необходимо согласовать с др. стороной. Так как после отправки договора для его согласования, эта самая сторона может не согласиться с Украинской юрисдикцией. И если Вы примете их аргумент\условие, Вы не сможете (просить\требовать) изменить текст договора,так как это не внесение правок а СОВЕРШЕННО ДРУГОЙ договор, за который Вам придется платить ЗАНОВО. Если Вам подходит, я выставлю стоимость исходя из Украинской юрисдикции..)) Ок?
