There is a database of emails, say 100,000, where there are emails/logins (strings in general) that can repeat, 1-8+ times, and if an email repeats 4-8 times, that's good, but if an email repeats only 1-3 times, we need to filter out such strings (that repeat 1, 2, 3 times) and obtain the result in any format (txt would be fine)
that is, for example, if an email repeats 1-3 times, or has no duplicates, we need to collect them from the database, or delete those that repeat 4+ times
