Безусловно, но мне на опенкарте делать магазины скучно и нудно, больше предпочитаю WP за его гибкость и разнообразие плагинов.

Тут уже вкуслвщина, я на оборот больше OpenCart для магазинов люблю, у него вполне хорошая гибкость, но опять же, смотря что иметь введу под гипкостью. А все остальное наши условности.
