Need open-source software, batch editing capability, working through the graphics card for accelerated editing.
My source materials for work: text, audio - voiceover of this text, images generated for each paragraph - all this needs to be collected and made into a video.
What the software should be able to do
1) Stitching images to the audio track. The software transcribes the audio, matches all the data, understands where the paragraphs are located thanks to the original text file. Specially generated images are provided for each paragraph based on meaning.
If you suggest another option for the software to understand where paragraphs begin and end, I would be happy to "listen".

Where the first digit is the paragraph number, the second is the numbering of the number of images for that paragraph. There will need to be a setting for the number of images per paragraph. So that you can use 1, 2, 3, or 4 images for 1 paragraph (specified in the settings file).
The software, after analyzing the number of paragraphs and the number of images, starts editing according to the 1st paragraph - 1st image, 2nd paragraph - 2nd image, and so on. If there are 2 images for 1 paragraph, they are evenly distributed over the duration of that paragraph.
2) Overlaying subtitles, the ability to set size, color, and font (toggle function)
3) Overlaying music, if the audio is short, it simply repeats until the end of the video. If there is no music in the folder, the video is assembled without it.
4) Overlaying effects: sparks, old film effect, etc. There should be a folder where I can drop the video with the effect, and this effect will be throughout the video. If the folder is empty, then without effect.
5) Transitions between videos, simple non-sharp transition. Ordinary smooth frame change.
6) Multilingualism, the ability to work with different languages.
7) Random smooth zoom, smooth shake. Must be random and smooth. But this point can be discussed; if the price suits me, but there are problems with this point, we can discuss.... (toggle function)
8) Multithreading
9) A mandatory condition - MAXIMUM FAST WORK through the RTX graphics card.
