I propose to make this an automated system: data is pulled from the website, updated on a schedule, and immediately enters a table where all statistics are calculated.
How this will look in practice
You open Excel / Google Sheets and see not "raw matches," but already:
how the team performs over the selected period (week / month / season),
average number of goals scored and conceded,
results of head-to-head meetings,
performance by time of day or days of the week,
team form dynamics (increasing / decreasing).
No need to copy anything manually — data updates automatically.
Technical solution
Data collection
automatic extraction of match results from the website (parsing or API, if available);
setting up scheduled updates (for example, once a day or after matches);
ensuring data accuracy to avoid duplicates and errors.
Data storage
structured table (Excel or Google Sheets);
proper columns: date, team, opponent, score, tournament, match time, location, etc.;
a database that only grows over time and does not break.
Formulas and analytics
formulas for calculating the average number of goals;
statistics for the selected time period;
head-to-head meetings of teams;
performance by time intervals of the day;
filters and slices to quickly change analysis conditions.
Apps Script / web application
automation of data updates without your involvement;
buttons in the table: "Update Data," "Recalculate Statistics";
if necessary — a simple web interface where you can select a team, period, and immediately see the result.
