Скорее всего проблема в настройке сервера. Возможно неправильно настроены MX записи

Проблема может быть в комплексе. Есть разные записи в ДНС зоне которые желательны чтобы письма не попадали в спам.
Так же может быть IP адресс в черны списках.
Готов все проверить и решить проблему.
