доброго вам времени суток. я так понимаю, что под "localserver" подразумевается не какой-то модуль, а произвольный сервер, который может работать с портом(в адресной строке есть что-то подобное: ":3000"). могу настроить так, чтобы домен обращался напрямую к указанному порту.
также, уточните, пожалуйста - для чего знания смарт-контрактов нужны?
