Processing of the database in Google Sheets
The database is filled through annuet on the site. The base is stored in the Google Table.
In the Google table written the google app script has already added a button to the menu (triger), which activates the action: the data from the desired cells from the separate line will be swallowed into the following sheet. (For example: we from the table with all the data record a person for the German test in the list with the German test)

Choose a line with the right person
2 and 3 in the menu choose to register for the invitation.
4 and 5 in the work permit tab appears a new line with the required data.
The task:
Unfortunately, all the data are presented in an open form. I need to hide them from other users, but leave them the possibility of searching by name or phone number and use the button in the menu to record for the test.
