1. на вход передается url и параметр тип,
2. тип принимает значение dir или page,
3. в случае page скрипт сохраняет в папку 'domain' (из urla) страницу,
4. в случае dir страница воспринимается как mirror.centos.org/centos/... (формат может быть другой), и съедает все файлы и поддиректории рекурсивно. в результате создает папку 'domain' в которой рекурсивно (как на сервере) лежат файлы.
