In a small service company in the construction industry, we need help with configuration, hardware and software settings. We are looking for a person for ongoing cooperation. Below I am sending a description of the matters that need to be addressed.
Management, administration, updating, rebuilding the website,
· Building, securing, managing the internal cloud drive - OneDrive,
· Installing the above-mentioned drive on company computers and managing access to individual folders,
· Ensuring software currency, software licenses, and timely renewal / termination of cooperation,
· Ongoing assistance to employees with hardware issues and resolving problems with access to the internal drive, etc.
· Assistance in installing drivers/programs for printers, scanners,
· Assistance in selecting the appropriate operator for the office internal network and external access points – mobile routers, etc.
· Managing the GOOGLE WORKSPACE environment or switching to another,
· Collaboration with marketing people to implement changes, improvements, analysis, and removal of website errors.
Below are 3 urgent problems that I need to solve:
1. We are finishing the website. I am looking for suggestions on where to host it and someone who will be able to administer it. Service website – without a shop.
2. We work in a Microsoft environment. I would like to expand and improve its operation. Currently, there are problems that I cannot solve.
3. Currently, we use gmail.com email with the purchased domain ultravolta.pl. This option provides access to the WORKSPACE platform, which is very extensive, but we do not utilize it at all. I have two options:
1. Abandon this platform. Transfer the domain to another hosting for the website and email and optimize costs here.
2. Stay with Google, but on the condition that there are benefits and it can be utilized in some way.
