Как быстро вам нужно научиться и какой уровень вам нужен? Дело в том что условно можно на три уровня разделить, как и сложность моделей. Судя по записи вам нужен начальный или средний, так как высший уровень нужно осознание всей глубины сначала, а потом уже погружение в процесс.
