    Вітаю. Із вектора можна зробити растр (TIFF). Із растра вектор, ніяк, окрім кривої, автоматичної векторизаціі. Треба малювати вектором.

    в принипе предыдущий оратор прав. надо делать сразу делать в корел, либо если в  фотошопе делать, то сразу в натуральную величину и с нормальным разрешением 150 точек на дюйм

    Если совсем не хочется рисовать, то можно сделать методом трассировки (перевода растра в вектор, но необходимо после этого вектор редактировать).

    Бывает быстрее нарисовать (обвести), чем трассировать, оно и качественнее будет всегда. И понимание - где картинка, а где контур резки тоже должно быть. Всегда должен быть вылет за линию реза от 2 до 5 мм. После трассировки может возникнуть миллион узловых точек, что супер-сильно сказывается на программах резки( Так что лучше рисовать и понимать что делаешь.

    Я не знаю, чему могут научить сделавшие ставку на этот проект, но считаю, что правы те, кто выразил свою точку зрения в обсуждении. Трассировка, какими бы программами её ни делать, всегда будет "кривой". Наилучший выход - отрисовка в векторе в двух слоях: слой резки и слой печати.
