1. ARCH D scale (24x36): This is a large board (almost 60x90 cm). The main thing here is the correct hierarchy of text. I will build the grid so that the text does not "shout," but is easily readable.
2. Typography and Color: I will select elegant font pairs (clean Sans-Serif with wide tracking). For the text color, I will take a deep gray-olive shade from your renders. Using 100% black in such layouts cheapens the look, while tonal matching will create a feeling of an expensive magazine.
… 3. Software: You mentioned several programs, but for this task, the only professional choice is Adobe InDesign. It perfectly handles large formats, provides millimeter precision for the grid, and outputs the correct PDF for print and screens.
