We have a WordPress site template, but it is not mandatory to use it as is — it can be adapted or completely redesigned for a better look. We need a specialist who is well-versed in web design, has a sense of style, understands the logic of placing visual content, the principles of UX/UI, and can quickly implement tasks.
Main requirements:
Create an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly website for a charity organization.
No complex design solutions are needed — the main thing is that the site looks professional, clear, and harmonious.
We work quickly — it is preferable to complete the first stage within a week.
Initiative is required: the contractor must independently ask for the necessary information for each block if something is missing.
I (the client) will provide all the basic information, texts, explanations, and the logic of the site.
The site will initially be in Russian. After approval — translation into English (as a separate task).
The design must match the corporate style and colors of the organization.
Images — I will provide some, and some need to be found as suitable quality stock images.
Additional team photos will be provided later, which will need to be uploaded.

Please carefully review what has already been done on the site before starting work and immediately ask for any necessary information that may be needed for quality task execution. I communicate openly and am ready to provide everything needed — texts, photos, explanations — but since this is my first experience creating a website, I may not fully understand all the technical nuances and needs in advance. Therefore, I really rely on your initiative, suggestions, and proactive approach.
I suggest starting with processing the design of the existing first page — adapting or improving it. After that, I will wait for your clear vision:
– what else needs to be added,
– which blocks or elements should be refined,
– what materials from my side you will need.
I also ask you to maintain a high work pace. I would not like the task implementation to drag on until the last day. It is preferable to move step by step:
once the first block is completed quickly — we immediately move on to the next,
once the second is closed — we move further.
This will help effectively and timely complete the entire project.
