Our company consists of 4 branches in Ukraine: Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, so when contacting the online chat, it should provide the client with the opportunity to choose the region of Ukraine in which they wish to be served "Choose the region in which you wish to be served" and below provide a list of regions. Regions need to be linked to our branch coverage areas.
After selecting the region, there is a connection with the branch responsible for this region, and in the personal chat cabinet, our managers are registered, who receive notifications of new messages, and after one manager reacts, others can no longer process it. Then communication takes place with the respective branch manager and the client. It is desirable to preserve the chat history.
