Не все так просто как кажется.
У сайта кроме формы (которая недоступна пока нет мест, то есть заранее не напишешь заполнение инпутов) есть еше капчи и просто чисто европейская кривизна веба, как 10 лет назад у нас.
Для работы скрипта нужен vps который будет максимально близко в сетевом пространстве от хостинга сайта.
И даже тогда это задача не на один месяц так как нужно ловить моменты когда сайт доступен, тестить/проверять и опять ловить моменты.
Пишите в ЛС, могу проконсультировать. Занимался в свое время ботом для очереди на карту побуту и много нового в процессе узнал. (Проше с ними через почту общатся заказными письмами как 20 лет назад было)
они еше могут верстку менять просто потому что потому, почему собсвенно если и делать то или полуручное решение (плагины на браузер) или избыточно автоматическое.
в любом случае это не задача на один проект, так как сразу написать "золотую пулю" не выйдет. Только если кто то уже написал - продать готовое.
