С таким темпом нам нужно от русских букв алфавита отказаться, которые придумал Пётр Первый. А если быть точным, заказал их разработку в Англии.
Тогда у нас останется - і, ї, й.
То же самое с модулями. Отказаться, всё равно что выстрелить себе в ногу.
Любой человек, имеющий хотя бы немного рационального мышление, посчитал бы, что таким путём отказаться от всего русского - мы больше математически вредим себе, чем эдакому врагу)

Наши провайдеры блокируют провайдеров из РФ. Большинство модулей, которые ранее хорошо работали на OpenCart, используют IonCube.
Исходя из этого, такие модули могут в какой-то момент перестать работать корректно...
А ссылки, которые вы выше прислали, ведут на сайты, где продаются взломанные модули с вирусами.
