Так же предоставляем Сип телефонию, с которой можно пользоваться как с компьютреа так и с телефона.
Задача заключается:
1) довести клиента до сделки и оплаты
2) просчитать доставку (этот момент узнавать у коллег нужно будет, от куда-куда),
3)Составление заказа по всем позициям, что бы другой отдел мог состоявить договор и счет (либо есть вариант просить клиента оформлять заказ на сайте)
всегда будет поддержка и человек который отметит на все вопросы.
