Единственное что требуется от оператора быть на связи для оформления заказа и оперативно реагировать на заказы через корзину.
Знание
специфики не требуется т.к. для этого будет отдельный
номер(консультант), где будут разъяснять, растолковывать и убеждать.
Требуется человек стойкий к провокациям покупателей)) ,с приятным голосом)) и знанием ПК.
