як на мене, строго слідувати цим правилам так само безглуздо як слідувати стандартам і перевіряти html i css на валідність а врезультаті отримувати сайт який не є кросбраузерним. сайти які робилися років 10-15 назад можна було б перевіряти так, а зараз часто стоїш перед вибором і цей вибір не на користь оптимізації, та й з тепершніми гаджетами і швидкістю доступу це не дуже той потрібно, чи може ще й на 6-7 ІЕ будемо оглядатися? крім того, замітив цікаву штуку, той самий гугл має інструментарій для розробки сайтів і потім якщо перевіряти ці зроблені сайти то вони теж далекі від ідеалу. карти гугла які вставляються на сайт теж погіршують ці показники.
