    Учитывая тариф хостинга, сайт на ВП и прочие другие факторы - у вас сейчас всё ок
    Если хотите лучше:

    1) нужен VPS

    2) для интернет-магазина на ВП это максимум. Движок не заточен под коммерцию

    Есть магазин на том же хостинге bogacho.ee

    Его цифры в google speed test гораздо хуже, но работает он в разы быстрее. 

    Сейчас долго загружаются карточки товаров. Думаю в первую очередь нужна оптимизация порядка загрузки. Загружается второстепенное и ненужное вперед товара.

    Там может быть база больше, т.к. количество товаров больше. Как Антон заметил, ВП не для больших магазинов. Но тут я бы улучшил кэширование и понаблюдал

    Единственное что - если не включено кэширование, его можно включить и настроить. Страницы станут статичны, т.е. будут жрать меньше ресурсов


    Если что - пишите, промониторю. Это работа на 1 час.
    Уж подозреваю, как вам в ставках расписали, мол как всё там будут переделывать и тд. Если Вам там наобещали смену запросов к БД, переписывание ядра ВП и Woocommerce - не в обиду таким исполнителям, но это пыль в глаза.

    Интересно какое количество товаров у вас?

    ВП не для больших магазинов - имхо...

    По гугл спид тесту все очень неплохо...

    Возможно орендовать физический сервак. настроить кеши , сжатие и т.д...

    Но то как у вас ВП думаю связано непосредственно с не предназначенностью платформы конкретно для комерции. 

    То ли дело на Престе 30-40 к товаров , на нормальном серваке прет ничего не скажешь.

    Можем обсудить переезд на движок Prestashop 1.6- 1.7.
