I analyzed globecore.ca. The main "bottlenecks" (LCP 9.6s on mobile) are unoptimized images of the first screen and rendering blocking by heavy scripts (chat, tracking). CLS (0.561) is caused by dynamic font loading and the slider without reserved space.

My action plan to achieve 80+:
LCP (Largest Contentful Paint): I will set up Preload for the Hero block image and critical CSS. I will convert everything to WebP.
CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift): I will strictly set the sizes (aspect-ratio) for the blocks that "jump" during loading (logo, slider).
JS Optimization: I will defer the loading of non-critical scripts (Chat widgets, Facebook Pixel) so that the phone's processor can render the content within 2-3 seconds.
