Вам не стоит ориентироваться на тест от Шопифай. Он не показывает реальную скорость загрузки
Я могу поднять скорость загрузки, так как есть достаточно большой опыт с шопифаем

Показатель должен быть высоким именно по системе оценивания скорости в Shopify. Поэтому ищу человека, который имеет опыт на данной платформе

Я конечно извиняюсь, но зачем??? Точно не Shopify будет индексировать сайт и принимать решения о ранжировании в т.ч. на основе скоростных метрик.
А на счет товарища выше,
вот с такими скриншотами (тихий ужас) и CLS в 3-4 раза выше допустимых - лично мне было бы стыдно такое выкладывать. -
