Скажите пожалуйста почему вы скрываете адрес сайта. Что бы грамотно сделать оптимизацию сайта надо знать что находится под капотом. Показатель качества зависит от многих факторов, где скрипты прописаны в каком формате изображения, включено ли кеширование. В общем что бы сделать вам грамотное предложение надо владеть какой то объективностью а не просто две картинки с Google Page Speed Insights
