Открыть XML и скачать часть данных
1. Нужно скачать официальную базу данных предпринимателей Украины с фильтром по "Местоположению" предприятий, здесь: https://data.gov.ua/dataset?tags=місцезнаходження
2. В архиве будет 2 файла XML: по 5 и 7Гб информации каждый. Я просто не смог их открыть! Сам архив до распаковки где-то 1.5Гб.
3. Преобразовать их в тот вид, которым я смог бы пользоваться, типо гугл-таблиц или excel. Или хотя бы предоставить в таком все данные по г. Кривой Рог.

Для открытия таких больших файлов можете использовать EmEditor. Ексель с таким файлом не справится
