It is necessary to implement a parser of 3 similar sites (fb, allh and ordinary site) with a small admin panel for minimal settings/management of parser (input, setting the new parser: url, check frequency, data where to draw results, play/stop) and place it on the server for multi-flow work (so that one parser could run several times and work parallel to the previously launched c). Predict measures of the classical security of the sites: in terms of IP blocks, drops, user imitation. There is already a ready parser, only for the browser extension (on JS). His or his logic - can be taken as the basis of the parsers. You need a specialist who specializes mainly in parsers and have direct contact with him to discuss the details of the tasks.
