Во первых "украинская версия" алегро почему то показывает совсем не те товары что польская
Во вторых вашу задачу можно разбить на две цели
- Парсинг товаров при заданых категориях
- Парсинг информации о магазине по ссылке на него же
И Из этого выплывает вопрос как и где вам нужен парсер
Как часто, как много данных будет выгружатся, сколько человек одновременно пользоватся и на каких платформах

что бы я мог анализировать наиболее популярные и уже идти в парсинг конкретного магазина а не всего аллегро
данных много, около 10 тыс товарных позиций в сутки
задача парсера сделать xml - который я уже буду обрабатывать силами моей 1св многопользовательском режиме -
Это бекенд решение нужно или как?
Просто как я вижу проще сделать три метода а уже вы со своей стороны прямо с 1С будете вызывать и работать уже с ответом
Чисто для того что бы многопоточно обрабатывать ответ сервера
Первый метод отдает ссылки-ключи на товар по параметрам
Второй отдает подробности по товару при ссылке на товар
Третий отдает подробности по магазну при ссылке на магазин
