Technical requirements:
Platform: Mac OS
Parser's work description: Seek the lowest price for goods from the list from the specified Excel file Add to the selected Excel file the lowest price found to the corresponding column Add to the selected Excel file a link to the store with the found price Add to a list of stores whose prices do not need to be taken into account (Ignore list) Based on the found price additional forms 3 prices, each of which is N% higher than the previous, and adds the formated prices to the Excel file column. Possibility of manually setting % for each price
More detail about the necessary functions will be discussed in the PP.
This is just a description of the basic functionality that is needed at the moment.
Further, the parser will need to be developed and improved, adding other features, so I’m looking for a person who will be interested in further cooperation.

По личному опыту могу сказать - аналитические парсеры на стационарном ПК - путь в никуда
Если вам только в рамках описанного выше ТЗ то тогда можно написать на том же питоне и забыть.Но большие объемы выгрузки это длительный срок аптайма. И вопрос стабильности.
Личный ПК может быть машиной для парсинга только если это вы сами пишите парсеры и на лету все подстраиваете и настраиваете.
И сидите над этим парсером и следите за ним.
В целом я вам могу написать и серверное решение, и чисто оконное, на питоне что бы под маком можно было как то запустить, потому хочу уточнить что именно вам нужно.
Точнее что в приоритете. Люди временами странные и обязательным требованием что бы это было десктоп-приложение вы меня не удивите. -
