Универсальный парсер на С#
Задачи:
1- import to SQL and access database
2- The import files is csv,xml,txt
3- The software will still use same config xml file.
4- I can put sql expression in config file to manage import configuration, for example change layout or assemble data before import to database etc.
5- i can link pattern/column from input files to database column in the config file. Maybe with GUI.
6- Dont use any 3:rd party liberies, only accepted liberies is "logfornet". If need to use any 3:rd party i need to know before you do that.

Сейчас есть кусок написанного парсера. Нужно понимать (что с технической точки зрения надо доделать и за какой срок). ТО что сделано могу выслать в ЛС для оценки.
