Требования к решению:
- Парсинг объявлений отобраных по фильтру или поиску
- Тема объявления, текст, контактные данные, фото и другую информацию
- Сохранение данных в базу парсера
- Обход блокировки
- Работа в несколько потоков
- Отслеживать новые объявления
- Производить запись в внешнюю базу mysql по настраиваемому сопоставлению полей
Также нужен графический интерфейс для управления.
