есть готовые модули но тут уже от поставшика конкретного нужно смотреть какой подойдет
вообще самое лучшее ето если поставщик для вас сгенерирует ссылку по типу ссылки на товар в яндекс маркет например, у всех серьезных поставщиков ето реализовано и ето удобно для вас да и обновляться сможе быстро и четко!
или есть модуль поставщики так и называется он может парсить прайс в котором будет в поле ссылка на донора и настраивать парсер под каждого поставщика а в прайс ваш только собирать ссылки на товар
но 1 вариант гораздо лучше и проще! и ним все и пользуются но нужно договорится с сайтом донором и получить ссылку на выгрузку
