Competitor price parser (market dumping control).
🎯 Project goal:
Develop a tool that automatically collects and analyzes prices for specific product positions among competitors in online stores and marketplaces, with the aim of controlling dumping and monitoring market prices.
📦 Main functionality:
Parsing competitor websites:
Collect current prices, product availability, product name, and links to product cards;
Ability to parse based on a specified list of URLs or product SKU/name;
Report generation:
Display data in Excel;
Fields in the report as shown in the screenshot, product list downward, competitors in the header row.
Setting update frequency:
Ability to set schedule (daily, several times a day, manually).
Comparison with our prices:
Highlight positions as shown in the screenshot in red where competitor prices are lower by X% (specify dumping threshold, for example, 5%).
Flexible customization:
Ability to add/edit the list of competitors and URLs;
Ability to set different rules for different competitors (for example, a different HTML selector for prices).
