Parsing cryptocurrency data from the CoinMarketCap platform

I need a step-by-step instruction for transferring data from the CoinMarketCap API web platform to a .CSV file, .or Microsoft Excel (xlsx), or Google Sheets.
This instruction is necessary so I can independently create such files without external help.
The instruction should be universal for transferring data of any cryptocurrency from CoinMarketCap.
The Excel file should be formed based on data located in the MARKETS tab on the page of the respective cryptocurrency on CoinMarketCap (a screenshot will be added to this project in a separate file).
1) It is necessary for the Excel file to contain data about:
- exchange,
- trading pair,
- 24-hour trading volume.
Example (for Bitcoin):
- Binance | BTC/USDT | 1 116 499
- Bybit | BTC/USDT | 1 016 555
Other data (for example, price, liquidity, depth 2%, etc.) do not interest me. It is preferable not to include them in the table. If it is impossible to remove them — it is not critical, leave them.
2) All exchanges in the table should be arranged in descending order of trading volume — from the largest to the smallest.
3) Trading volumes less than thirty thousand dollars do not interest me and should not be considered.
For example, for Bitcoin, such data are currently spread over approximately 13 pages with 100 rows on each page — about 1300 rows of trading pairs (as of today), which must be included in the Excel file.
Since my IT skills are very limited, the step-by-step instruction should be as simple as possible (for example, transferring data into Google Sheets using the API Connector extension or any similar program, or by other means).
Preference will be given to those who can send me a ready-made file with current data (for example, for Bitcoin or Ethereum), so I can verify that the file meets my requirements and confidently order the step-by-step instructions.
