I did a similar project for myself on the link http://all-prices.net/, but only parsing is carried out in the stores.
You could organize parsing and project support, if you look at the link then you will see the project works (there may be glucs with the passage and error 404 - the server is loaded at the moment - makes parsing for another project). If you write when you want to see the load.

Просим обратить внимание, что нас интересует не сам парсер (как ПО), а сервис по предоставлению ежемесячных отпарсенных данных согласно наших требований. Это обозначает, что исполнитель должен будет сотрудничать с нами на протяжении длительного времени и предоставлять ежедневно необходимые нам данные, а также самостоятельно вносить все необходимые изменения/доработки в своё ПО, что бы обеспечить бесперебойное предоставление нам данного сервиса. Мы будем ежемесячно платить исполнителю за предоставленные данные (сервис) и это будет фиксированная оплата.
На данном этапе мы готовы единоразово оплатить исполнителю время затраченное на разработку/настройку своего ПО для начала предоставления необходимой нам услуги.
В связи с этим, огромная просьба ко всем фрилансерам, которые сделали ставки и предложили свои услуги по данному проекту, внимательно проанализировать ещё раз всё выше сказанное, а так же задачу поставленную в описании к проекту (приложенные файлы), и повторно четко ответить на следующие вопросы:
1. Какова конкретная стоимость разработки/настройки вашего ПО по парсингу?
