Parsing social network contacts

Technical Assignment (TA)

Task:

Gather contact details: e-mail (if absent, links to feedback forms)  of popular foreign bloggers and streamers (not from the CIS) for advertising and commercial cooperation purposes.

Requirements:

1. Platforms for search:

YouTube

TikTok

Instagram

Twitch

Facebook Pages, Twitter (X)

and others

2. Criteria for selecting bloggers/streamers:

Minimum 5,000 followers.

Geography: exclude CIS (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc.).

Language: English, Spanish, German, French, and other Western languages.

Accounts must be active (posts/streams within the last 3 months).

3. Information to collect:

Author's name/nickname

Profile/channel link (not mandatory)

Platform (YouTube/TikTok/Instagram/Twitch, etc.) starting with TikTok

Number of followers at least 5000

Country (if specified)

Contact information:

Email for cooperation (mandatory)

Links to website/pages, Telegram with feedback form (if no email)

4. Data delivery format:

Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv)

Structured columns

5. Collection methods:

 Profile parsing using scripts and other methods at your discretion 

6. Restrictions:

Exclude bots, fake profiles, and inactive accounts.

7. Volume:

Minimum 1000 valid contacts at the start of the project.

Ability to scale up to 5000+ if necessary.

Additional preferences:

Priority topics: any popular and interesting, not children's,  all available topics, example (20 different thematic channels, order 1000 contacts, approximately 50 from each category, not all from one category  1000 ), if sorting by topics is possible

Deadline:

First batch (1000 contacts) — within 10 working days from the approval of the TA, or your proposal

Notes:

In case of no explicit e-mail — provide a link to feedback form or official website.

For YouTube, e-mail can additionally be collected via the "View e-mail for business inquiries" button.
