Parsing of Binance Exchange coins to Google Table

Need a sign with full exchange rate parsing of all coins with a second rate update and last-hour data capture (maximum of 3,600 indicators) using a script

Functional:
- Parser must import all available coins on the Binance spot market in pairs with USDT
https://www.binance.com/en/markets/pot-USDT;
- Column A the name of the coin (1 in the picture), column B the volume of the coin in 24 hours (2 in the picture, update every second or every 15 minutes is not critical), column C the secondly updated rate of the coin (3 in the picture):
- Columns 3.3603 should be updated in a conveyer manner - the last column is removed and the first column is added with updated data.
Notes:
- If a new coin is added, it should appear in the table;
- It is a principle that the script calculates and removes the last column of the table rather than the number. This is necessary in order to manage manually the size of the data range;
- the table shall be background mode, the data shall be updated in closed form or without Internet access.
