The csv table should include not only textual information and characteristics of the object, but also the phone number of the owner or realtor and photos of the real estate object (photos can be in the form of a URL link or sent to our server).
An additional request, but not mandatory, would be for the parser to consider duplicate ads. That is, the same ads may appear every month, and perhaps the parser will not take them into account if there is a similar ad (considering the id). If this is possible, it would be great.
Lastly: at the top we provided data for both the city of Cherkasy and the region. Please provide an estimate if we are only talking about the city of Cherkasy.
