Requirements:
• Higher education, engineering or legal (IP protection);
• IP related practical experience – 2+ years;
• Patent applications drafting and patent search skills;
• English – Advanced+, with the ability to independently prepare well-written patent USPTO applications in English;
• Russian – fluent or native;
Experience with drafting/filing US Provisional Patent Applications will be an advantage.
Work scope:
• Discussions of potential inventions with the client;
• Drafting application text materials;
• Submitting applications to US PTO after client’s approval.
