Redesign the auto-posting bot in TG (Python)

There is a bot for auto-posting in tg, but when I forward messages from the channel to it, the bot crashes; also, in general, it crashes from unclear actions, overall unstable. You can either create it from scratch or take some template. It is very important that the bot works with message forwarding or sending premium emojis, as well as photos (access to photo publication by ordinary people in the channel is closed; the bot needs to be able to do this). Well, essentially, it is a standard auto-posting bot. I can provide my Python version for you to look at for modifications, or I will consider proposals from scratch.
If changing the existing bot:
Check the errors causing it to crash (although it has been stable overall for the last few days).
And my bot now is just me sending a message and photo to the bot, and the bot sends it to the chat. But it needs to be able to forward messages and premium emojis from a closed channel (so that premium emojis are displayed).
