Cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge – latest versions).
Fast loading (optimization of images, code, use of CDN if necessary).
SEO optimization (meta tags, headings, alt text for images, microdata for contact information and key pages).
Ability for the client to easily update content (CMS or static templates with easy editing).
