I cannot provide an approximate cost yet. We need to calculate the stages of work (specifications), modules, design, and so on; this will take about 1 day.
The simplest solution:
1. We take OpenCart 3.x and set up the template + demo.
2. We write calculators for you with the ability to edit formulas and create new calculators (or look for a universal solution?).
3. We purchase modules (filters and others) and integrate them into the design.
4. We buy a parser (only SimplePars can handle your site and support the modules we purchase in point 3!), set it up, test it, fine-tune it, check it, and transfer the catalog. Then we manually transfer other sections of the site.
5. We correctly configure the product filters (they are also transferred, but for indexing, we need to work very hard with them). The product filter is called OCfilter (we must check the support for our template, or we adapt it manually).
Essentially, we are just re-parsing the site and configuring it to your needs. We reconfigure robots.txt, the SEO part of the site is transferred by the parser, we only connect the other features (microdata, etc.).
