Не зрозумів до чого тут російська локаль, але якщо ви з приводу плагіну надаєте консультацію то локалі на сайті встановлені, використовую чотири мови, в даний момент у плагіні основний текст на англійській і є один переклад з чотирьох - на іспанську мову, можливо треба ще три мови додати, я цього не знаю, вчуся бо мені це подобається, як хоббі, і зараз прошу допомоги щоб мені вказали що я не правильно зробив
