Translation of documents from Ukrainian to Polish

We are looking for an experienced translator with advanced knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish languages at the C2 level. The task will be to translate a series of documents on business, legal, and technical topics according to the guidelines provided below.

1. Scope of Work:

   • Translation of documents with a total volume of about 10,000 words.
   • The documents contain fragments of a legal nature (rules), business (reporting, specifications), and general formal texts.

2. Language Requirements:

   • Advanced knowledge of the Ukrainian language (C2).
   • Advanced knowledge of the Polish language (C2).
   • Knowledge of terminology in the fields of law, business, and technology.

3. Technical Requirements:

   • Preservation of the original document structure (e.g., numbering of points, formatting, sections).
   • Use of an appropriate translation style adapted to the formal nature of the documents.
   • Verification and validation of the translated text for compliance with content and language.

4. Expected Results:

   • Translated documents in .docx format.
   • Translation free of spelling, grammatical, and stylistic errors.
   • Complete terminological compliance with the original.

5. Deadlines:

   • First version of the translation: within 7 working days from the start of work.
   • Possible corrections: within 2 working days from the moment of sending comments.

6. Other Requirements:

   • A sample of a translated fragment of 300 words (for assessing the quality of translation before selecting the performer).
