After submission, they began sending general comments without specifics on what exactly needed to be corrected. In response to a request for a list of corrections in one message, I did not receive a substantive reply. Throughout the day, the client ignored messages, which effectively blocked the work. As a result, after my appeal to arbitration and another day of waiting, the client confirmed the completion of the order without explanations. It is unclear why the process was delayed.
