The client provided a technical assignment and instructions, according to which the work was completed in full. After submission, they began sending general comments without specifics on what exactly needed to be corrected. In response to a request for a list of corrections in one message, I did not receive a substantive reply. Throughout the day, the client ignored messages, which effectively blocked the work. As a result, after my appeal to arbitration and another day of waiting, the client confirmed the completion of the order without explanations. It is unclear why the process was delayed.
