Requirements:
- correct the title (only a dash is allowed, no periods at the end), description;
- add an introductory text and rearrange the text blocks:
- make the article coherent (change the order of the blocks, the sequence of sentences within the blocks);
- remove sentences/blocks that are not related to the topic of the article or are far from the semantic load;
- relocate tables if necessary;
- move questions to the FAQ section, expand and edit if necessary;
- bulleted lists are welcome;
- change h1, h2, h3 headings (short meaningful h2);
- if there are trusted organizations in the text, insert links in the article to the URL of that organization.
What not to do:
- do not throw the text into GPT (the text of the raw article must be preserved as much as possible).
