Перенести скрипт чат-бота (на базе Python) на облачный сервис
32 USDНужно перенести скрипт чат-бота (на базе Python), на облачный сервис для работы с ботами «Сhatforma» либо "Smart Sender" (либо др... аналог), при этом сохранить текущий функционал.
Сейчас скрипт чат-бота делает рассылку на 2 канала (Viber, Telegram)

Задача / функция бота состоит из 4 основных частей:
1) Бот должен делать регулярную рассылку 4 раза в день:
в 9:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, согласно шаблона: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pXdRGQzosOWOb-eWB9a431kelw_sjYHm7-_OU2VD6eE/edit?usp=sharing
В шаблон должно подставлятся реальные курсы валют, взятые с сайта, по ссылке из API: https://uchange.com.ua/api/exchange/whrhd0BzgIDOFYVWwckM
2) В обоих каналах (Viber, Telegram) должна быть кнопка запроса актуального курса, которая подтягивает его с сайта, и отправляет актуальный курс клиенту который его запрашивает.
3) В облачном сервисе, должна быть возможность делать ручные рассылки любого текстового сообщения (с поддержкой Emoji). Данная рассылка уходит всем подписчикам, в Telegram и Viber.
4) ВАЖНО! При переходе на облачный сервис, нужно сохранить/перенести всех подписчиков из каналов.
